1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure product safety and quality, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

Because matcha is a food product, opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used matcha products

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

  • Gift cards

  • Free gifts or bundled items

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Photo(s) of the product

    • Photo(s) of the packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

If your return meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Contact us at hello@kiboselect.com to request a return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

  4. Customers are responsible for:

    • Return shipping fees

    • Ensuring products are packaged securely

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
